Orders placed on this site are built and delivered by S and G Salgo Furniture Factory from our workshop in Thrissur, Kerala.
What delivery costs
Delivery is a flat charge per order, shown in your cart and on the confirmation screen before you place the order. It is charged once per order, whatever that order contains.
There is no free-delivery threshold. The charge appears as its own line in your cart, in the checkout summary and on your invoice, so it is never folded into the sofa price.
Where we deliver
We deliver within Kerala only, to all 14 districts: Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Idukki, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappuram, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur, Kasaragod. Checkout will not accept a pincode outside Kerala. If you are outside the state and want to talk about it, get in touch — we would rather have the conversation than take an order we cannot fulfil.
How long it takes
Every sofa is built to your configuration after you order, so allow 4–6 weeks from the day we confirm your order. You can follow its progress from My orders, and we email you as it moves from one stage to the next.
Arranging delivery
When your order is ready to leave the workshop, we contact you on the phone number or email address you gave at checkout to agree a delivery day. Any balance still owing on the order is due before it is dispatched — see our terms & conditions.
On delivery day
Delivery includes carrying the pieces into your home and assembling them in the room you choose. Before you order, please check your sofa's dimensions against the doorways, stairs and lift it has to pass through on the way — if you are unsure whether a configuration will fit, ask us first.
Checking your order on arrival
Please look your order over before our team leaves. If anything is damaged, or is not what you ordered, point it out to the team and contact us with your order number and photos as soon as you can. We will inspect it and put it right — by repairing or replacing the affected piece — at no cost to you.
